Traditional digital voltmeters generally have an internal resistance of only 10MΩ, which introduces a large error when measuring high resistance components. The tester innovatively uses ultra-high internal resistance voltmeter which is much larger than 1000MΩ, greatly reducing the system error. For conventional resistors less than 1MΩ, the system error caused by the internal resistance of the voltmeter can be ignored, regardless of the voltmeter internal and external; for high resistance, phototube and other components greater than 1MΩ can also be measured accurately.
