The instrument for measuring Young’s modulus with Hall position sensor is based on the measurement of Young’s modulus of solid materials by bending method, and is equipped with Hall position sensor. Through the calibration of the linear relationship between the output voltage and the displacement of hall position sensor and the measurement of micro displacement, it is beneficial to connect with the scientific research and production practice, so that students can understand and master the new non electrical electrical measurement method of micro displacement. This instrument improves the classical experimental device and method, not only retains the original experimental teaching content, but also increases the understanding of the structure, principle, characteristics and use method of hall position sensor, applies the advanced scientific and technological achievements to the teaching experiment, and expands the students’ knowledge, so this instrument is also an example of classical experimental teaching modernization.
