Introduction

1. Bridge arm resistance R1: 1Ω, 10Ω, 100Ω, 1000Ω, 10kΩ, 100kΩ, 1MΩ.
Accuracy ±0.1%;
2. Bridge arm resistance R2: configure a set of resistance boxes: 10kΩ+10×(1000+100+10+1)Ω, accuracy ±0.1%;
3. Bridge arm resistance R3: Configure two sets of synchronous resistance boxes R3a, R3b, which are installed internally on the same double-layer transfer switch, and the resistance changes synchronously: 10×(1000+100+10+1+0.1)Ω , The accuracy is: ±0.1%;
4. Capacitor box: 0.001~1μF, minimum step 0.001μF, accuracy 2%;
5. Inductance box: 1~110mH, minimum step 1mH, accuracy 2%;
6. Multi-function power supply: DC 0~2V adjustable power supply, sine wave 50Hz~100kHz; square wave 50Hz
~1kHz; the frequency is displayed by a 5-digit frequency counter;
7. AC and DC dual-purpose digital galvanometer: use digital display voltmeter: range is 200mV, 2V; input can choose AC, DC, unbalanced three modes, there is a sensitivity adjustment potentiometer.
8. When the instrument is used as a single-arm bridge, the measuring range: 10Ω~1111.1KΩ, 0.1 level;
9. When the instrument is used as a double-arm electric bridge, the measuring range: 0.01~111.11Ω, 0.2 level;
10. The effective range of the unbalanced bridge is 10Ω~11.111KΩ, and the allowable error is 0.5%;
11. There are two types of measured resistance inside the instrument: RX single, RX double, two types of capacitors with different capacities and different losses; two types of inductances with different inductances and different Q values;
12. The unbalanced electric bridge is matched with the thermistor temperature sensor, and the linear digital thermometer is designed with a resolution of 0.01℃; the thermistor can be used in conjunction with the temperature sensor of the typical sensor experiment instrument.
13. Research experiment: study the relationship between capacitance, loss and bias voltage;
14. Research experiment: study the relationship between inductance and bias current.
